The next conference organised by the AEQCT will take place on Tuesday 25th October at Texfor's headquarters. Here we will be able to discover the most demanded certifications by the market from some of the organisations that are committed to business excellence and efficiency.
The day of certifications will be attended by Aitex, with Isabel Soriano, head of innovation area Area 1, who will present the paper "Sustainability in the textile industry" and Raquel Muñoz, head of innovation area Area 2, who will present the paper "CE marking and textile products".
Moreover, the day will also feature Eurofins, in charge of presenting the principles of several sustainable certifications of the textile industry, including GOTS, Textile Exchange, ZDHC and Chem-MAP. All of them will be brought together in the talk "Sustainable certifications in the textile industry" by Enrique Rivas, expert in quality control and product safety in textile and footwear, and Jose Guardiola, chief auditor of the ISO 14001 standard.
As on previous occasions, time will be set aside at the end of the day for questions and debate on what has been presented.
On the 29th of September, the VISTO Y NO VISTO, EN TECHTEXTIL was held at Techtextil, an event in which multisectorial companies, experts from the academic and research world and textile technological innovation, shared their most outstanding novelties of one of the most important annual events, Techtextil. From the organizing entities, we believe in their capacity to transmit it to all those who could not attend the event in Frankfurt.
This year's edition featured 6 presentations showing the latest developments in the textile sector, discussing fundamental aspects related to fabrics, nonwovens and composite structures with knitwear, fibers and spinning; different examples were presented in the implementation of intelligent textiles, innovation in technical fabrics; alternative finishes and coatings for textile garments were shown and finally, an overall assessment was made of the most noteworthy trends of the event.
Discover our first activity this year 2022, which had industry 4.0 as its main theme.
The emergence of new technologies opens the door to an industrial revolution thanks to the combination of new advanced production and operations techniques with smart technologies. We had previously held a conference on the same topic, which was an excellent starting point. For this meeting, we wanted to further deepen our understanding of the growth and impact of interconnected industrial processes and we also wanted to add cases from different sectors, and from companies with different realities, so that the different approaches would allow us to have as broad a vision as possible.
Three specialists in the field, with extensive experience in the implementation of these systems, will be present at this conference:
Bernat de San Pedro, plant manager at Flamagas Llinars.
Marc Blanco López, plant manager.
Víctor de Enrique, digital business director of Cerdá Group.
